How do I know my order has been confirmed?

When your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.  

You can also go to ‘My Account’ > ‘Order History’ on this website to view your order details.

Can I change my order's details?

After the order is confirmed, ordered products cannot be changed.


How is the delivery to be arranged?

  1. Currently only accepts pick-ups from our Hong Kong office.
  2. We can arrange home delivery, but the charges to be paid on the customer’s own.

How long will it take for my order to be ready if order is confirmed any paid?

You will receive prior notification from us in relation to the actual delivery arrangement once your order and delivery are confirmed.

Any purchases made on this website can be picked up at our company within 5 days after receiving the delivery email. The delivery email/WhatsApp must be presented when picking up
the goods.

What will happen if I do not pick my order before the collection deadline?

For overtime collection of goods, we need to charge HK$10 per day as a storage fee.


How can I check the expiry date of the products?

Please check the details on the packaging of the actual products received.


Can I pay after delivery?

Currently, customers shopping on the La Bella Roma Online Store must pay online before delivery. We do not accept cash on delivery.

What can I do if I do not receive any confirmation notification after payment is made?

What can I do if my order has been lost, or product is wrong, or product is broken?

All products to be checked being pick up, if the product is wrong or broken, we will check if have available stock to be replaced.
