Aging: maturation in stainless steel tanks for approx 12 months on the lees. When the wine presents the characteristics of right maturity, it is bottled. Rests for a minimum of six months in an environment suitable for the best qualitative evolution.

Food pairings: recommended to be paired with structured first courses, second courses based on meat, cold cuts and medium-aged cheeses. The good acidity content makes a perfect match even on fish dishes from the strong flavor.
