Perfume intense and vinous with which hints are combined of red fruit, black cherry, cherry and fruits of forest.
On the palate it is of excellent structure, balanced with a long finish.

Pairings: It goes well with all first courses Emilian, rich meats, especially sausages pork both seasoned and cooked, such as Cotechino, Zampone, Salama da sugo e aged Emilian cheeses.
